Questions
Do I need another email or phone verification to sign up?
You only need one contact email to create your ID. After that, every mailbox and domain is managed under that ID, and you sign in with the White Token on your approved devices. No recovery email or text check for each address.
Can I keep my domain where it is?
Yes. Keep your current registrar and add our DNS records. You can transfer later if you want.
Will the price go up when I renew?
No. You renew at the price you signed up at, even if our price list changes.
Can I use Outlook, Apple Mail or the Gmail app?
Yes. Any app that supports IMAP and SMTP works, alongside our own apps.
What does the Telegram bot see?
Only the events you turn on, such as the sender and subject of new mail. Message bodies are not sent unless you turn on previews.
How do I get help?
The setup checks in your dashboard show exactly what's wrong and how to fix it, which answers most questions. For anything else, email support@trustssl.net.
Is my mail used for ads or AI training?
No. Your mail is not used for advertising or to train AI models.
